Shipping

At BambooPlantsOnline.com, we are dedicated to ensuring that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with our bamboo plants for sale and service. If you ever have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us immediately.

Each bamboo plant for sale is shipped in its original 1 or 3 gallon nursery pot, along with all of its soil. These bamboo plants are NOT bare root plants. Each clump weighs approximately 10 to 15 pounds and is a well-rooted plant, not just a bare root cutting.

Note: All plants are shipped in their own 1 or 3 gallon nursery pots. The actual sizes of the plants shipped vary according to bamboo plant type, the time of year and other factors.

All plants are watered thoroughly, before having the pots wrapped in strong, black plastic. Shipping is stressful to live plants, by ensuring that they are properly watered and protected we are helping to ensure that you plant suffers as little stress as possible.

Our goal is to provide all of our customers with the best healthy, thriving bamboo plants for sale and deliver them quickly. Our Florida bamboo nursery is state certified and licensed to ship plants. We provide shipping on all orders via UPS Ground, which is usually delivered by the next business day. We take great care to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, however, in the unfortunate event that your order is damaged we will replace it free of charge.

All Orders Are Shipped Monday - Thursday

How Our Shipping Works

shipping bamboo plants boxes

Once your order has been placed, we hand pick every bamboo plant for sale that is being shipped. The plants are then watered thoroughly and the entire 1 or 3 gallon pot, including our own proprietary soil blend, is wrapped in black plastic. Finally, your order is placed in 8" x 8" x 40" shipping boxes.

If you order additional items, such as fertilizer, it will be shipped in the same boxes beneath the plants. Soil Amendments are shipped separately. (This prevents them from rattling around during shipping, where they could burst open or cause damage to the plant.)

    • UPS Ground (1-2 day shipping).
    • All plants are shipped in an (8 in. x 8 in. x 40 in.) shipping box.
    • Each plant weighs approximately 10-15 lbs.
    • All orders are shipped Monday – Thursday each week.
    • Order tracking numbers are provided via e-mail once the order has been shipped.

    Return Policy

We personally ensure that all bamboo plants for sale are packaged as carefully as possible. If your order is damaged or in poor condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund. However, you should bear in mind that shipping in general can be stressful to a plant. The longer it takes to ship your plant, the better the chances are that it may look droopy or off-colored. This is easily cured by placing your plant where it can receive plenty of sunlight and water as quickly as possible. We offer expert advice to help make shipping, transplanting and caring for bamboo plants as easy as possible.

If you change your mind about buying one of our bamboo plants for sale, we will gladly accept a return as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Once the plant has been returned, we will refund the amount that you paid minus a 20% restocking fee.
